We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our Runtime Platform Group. In this role, you will build our our authorized environment for our clients

As an IT Specialist, you’ll be on a team building a secure, compliant SaaS platform for ourconstruction projects. This will involve adopting and configuring tools to deploy and configure software to run in a dedicated environment that meets all controls for, and is authorized for use at, the Client Moderate level. The impact of this team is wide as it touches all aspects of our growth, and our work is a strategic priority for the company in 2024 and 2025. Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to configure authentication (AuthN) and authorization (AuthZ) systems for our new environment.

Continually ensure our processes and results comply with the Client Moderate level of controls.

Install and configure tools for cloud asset management in a secure environment.

Adopt new tools and processes as needed to support Client requirements for security and auditability.

Document systems and processes as required by the client framework.

Engineer resilient systems that support 24x365 uptime at a 99.95% availability level.

Build and test disaster recovery mechanisms for systems and data.

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

2+ years information technology experience, at least some of which are in a moderate-to-large-scale environment (>1000 hosts, petabytes of data).

Experience working in a highly secure and/or regulated environment. Familiarity with the Client framework is a big plus.

Familiarity with Okta configuration and administration.

Proficient with standard AWS AuthN, AuthZ, and audit services such as IAM, CloudTrail, and Control Tower.

General familiarity with AWS cloud cost and asset management practices.

Familiarity with cloud observability, logging, and telemetry

Experience working in an Agile Environment.
