The team's unique client-centric culture is integrated into each project and reflects a passion for the built environment and staying true to the client's vision.Job DescriptionThe QA/QC Senior Inspector will lead the effort for the client and provide on-site inspection services to ensure all construction activities comply with client standards, project specifications, and contract requirements. The Inspector will monitor quality, safety, and environmental performance while preparing detailed inspection reports and supporting project documentation.Responsibilities:Perform daily field inspections of construction activities and materials.Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client standards.Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, logs, and punch lists.Track contractor manpower, equipment, and material deliveries.Ensure compliance with sustainability and IRA-related construction mandates.Support resolution of deficiencies and coordination of corrective actions.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.QualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.1015 years of construction inspection experience, preferably on federal projects.Knowledge of GSA inspection protocols and federal construction requirements.Certifications such as ICC, ACI, or equivalent strongly preferred.Experience on large projects ($100M+) highly desirable.The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$150K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
