  • Strong communication skills - You can effectively and concisely communicate with, motivate and inspire prospects.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 4-6 years of quota carrying experience with a consistent track record of success selling into mid-market accounts (your territory $500M - $1B)
  • Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving quota attainment in prior roles
  • Experience in vertical SaaS with niche TAMs
  • Retail or CPG industry experience not required, but preferred, particularly as a rep
  • Ability to influence others, and create a sense of urgency for your cause
  • Required to be in the Boston office with your team twice/week
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process using sales methodologies (i.e MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
  • Experience with high-touch full sales cycles (prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing)
  • Experience using CRM tools to organize and forecast sales opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
  • Take on new opportunities and any roadblocks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
