Corporate Account Executive

Location: Boston-based; Hybrid

- Closer mentality - You are constantly one step ahead of your deals, and your buyers. You manage deals proactively. You have a strong track record as a closer.
- Intellectual curiosity - You have an innate desire to learn and understand concepts and ask thoughtful questions. You are a very active listener, and drive conversations.
- Critical thinking - You find and synthesize information, apply logic to problems and quickly analyze to provide a recommendation.
- Strong communication skills - You can effectively and concisely communicate with, motivate and inspire prospects.
- At least 4-6 years of quota carrying experience with a consistent track record of success selling into mid-market accounts (your territory $500M - $1B)
- Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving quota attainment in prior roles
- Experience in vertical SaaS with niche TAMs
- Retail or CPG industry experience not required, but preferred, particularly as a rep
- Ability to influence others, and create a sense of urgency for your cause
- Required to be in the Boston office with your team twice/week
- Experience leading a consultative sales process using sales methodologies (i.e MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
- Experience with high-touch full sales cycles (prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing)
- Experience using CRM tools to organize and forecast sales opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Take on new opportunities and any roadblocks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
