*Position Summary:*

All services should be rendered with professionalism and consistency

* Perform massage therapy: Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, couples
* Provide 60, 90, and 120 minute massages tailored to the client’s health and wellness needs
* Create a professional and welcoming environment to put clients at ease
* Conduct a thorough client intake interview and complete detail notes at the conclusion of each appointment
* Clean treatment room to our strict disease prevention protocols; spa attendant available
* Perform chair massage at events, on case by case basis
* Talk with clients about symptoms, medical history, and desired therapeutic results
* Guide clients through our service offerings and help them choose the types of massages that would benefit them most
* Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas
* Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs
* Suggest massage schedules for recurring session

*Qualifications and Skills*

Other skills include:

* Active massage therapist license within the state of Alabama
* Share company's ideals of patient first, patient care
* Attention to detail
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Possess a caring and sympathetic manner
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
* Ability to relate to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
* Ability to work quickly and multi-task.
* Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making
* Ability to demonstrate quality customer service.
* Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures. Previous EMR experience preferred but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Attentiveness to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
