Pay Rate: $30.41 per hour


Shift: Starting at 30 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours, and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends ** - Looking for candidates who are flexible


Job Duties:

  • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
  • Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Assess patients during intake
  • Take vital signs
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
  • Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
  • Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
  • Order equipment and prepare for the best patient experience
