Key Responsibilities:

  • Securities Offerings: Advise clients on a wide range of US securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and private placements.

  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling other firm services.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Law school graduates from the class years 2018 to 2021 with extensive experience in capital markets and US securities offerings.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission: Admitted to practice in New York.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
  • Proactive Approach: Proactive in identifying issues and providing innovative solutions.
