Customer Service Representative - CSRPosition: Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs. What does a CSR with Paul Davis do?Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team membersField calls/emails from customers, partners, and team membersIntake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs/claimsCollects required documentation for all jobs/claimsProblem solves and helps people find solutionsPerforms office administrative operationsOther tasks and projects as assignedWhy Our Team Needs You?
