Job Description:

Complete Solaria is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The ideal certified HR professional will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements for a publicly traded (NASDAQ) company.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, specification, and training of human resource strategies and initiatives, programs, and policies to meet strategic business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Manage all regulatory requirements associated with the employee stock option program and vesting plans.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage new hire onboarding process, including interviews, background checks, and new employee training, to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, equity distribution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Lead and coordinate HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Must have an MS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Management roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience working in a public company with employee stock option regulatory management experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other HR-related software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
