LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented Paid Social Planner to help maximize Meta, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok ad strategies and campaigns for our partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in training and mentoring paid social associates

· Oversee and QA campaign builds, trafficking, and reporting deliverables

· Work with Associate Director to build tactical recommendations for paid social campaigns that align with client objectives and KPIs

· Spearhead optimization opportunities within existing campaigns

· Own the internal billing process and actualize invoices on an ongoing basis


REQUIREMENTS:

· 1-3+ years of experience developing paid social campaigns within an agency environment (Meta Business Suite certifications preferred)

· Strong knowledge of Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok ad management platforms

· Strong writing and editing skills, particularly as it relates to client plans and presentations

· Highly detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large quantities of data
