Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role operates on a hybrid remote work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining system performance and providing technical support to end-users.


Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring timely resolution of issues.Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain network security measures.Conduct regular system updates and patches to maintain security and performance.Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure data security.Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications.Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.Participate in IT projects and contribute to the planning and execution of new initiatives.Ensure compliance with company IT standards and regulatory requirements.Perform regular backups and recovery operations to safeguard data.Analyze system logs and identify potential issues to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Desktop Support with hands-on experience.Demonstrate proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have strong communication skills to effectively support end-users.Display knowledge of network security principles and practices.Be familiar with IT policies and procedures.
