We help our clients turn complex requirements into measurable, scalable programs.The RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, data-driven, and passionate Field Marketing Specialist to join our team for a critical 20-week contract, covering a maternity leave absence. This is a hands-on, mid-level role responsible for the planning and execution of regional marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth within the North America market. This role will ensure the regional sales teams benefit from global marketing programs while executing focused regional programs for success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being onsite two days a week in our vibrant Atlanta office near Ponce City Market.Your Mission & Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Integrated Campaign ExecutionWork with marketing and sales leadership to plan, execute, and track impactful quarterly, integrated marketing plans that meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets for the aligned region.Build and execute mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate leads and opportunities through the funnel, generating pipeline and revenue in close partnership with the North America regional sales organization.Partner closely with the Global Field Events team to execute the regional events strategy, including third-party events, company-hosted user conferences (where applicable), and a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid event formats.Collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers to extend the company's message through the Channel network.Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & CollaborationWork closely with the dedicated ABM team on digital account-based marketing campaigns for both land and expand motions, with primary responsibility for in-region execution.Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the assigned regional sales team, ensuring clear communication and providing them with timely updates on upcoming campaigns and relevant marketing assets.Data Analysis & Project ManagementUtilize systems and tools like Salesforce (SFDC) to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign and demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion against pipeline goals.Track spend against the quarterly and annual regional budget allocation.Manage numerous projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to shift gears between thinking strategically and executing tactically in a dynamic environment.RequirementsRequired QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of direct experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation within a B2B SaaS organization is mandatory.Program Execution: Proven experience building and executing regional marketing programs and integrated marketing plans.Target Audience: Direct experience in marketing to Strategic and Enterprise account segments using a variety of channels including digital, events, ABM, and more.Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with various teams and stakeholders (especially Sales) to drive measurable results.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status.Mindset: Motivated self-starter who is decisive and thrives in complex, fast-paced, results-driven environments.Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).Innovation starts with people.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
