Managing all stages of litigation including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.2. Maintaining the highest level of professional standards and ensuring strict client confidentiality.Qualifications:To be considered for the role of Permanent Defense Litigation Attorney, you should have:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. A current license to practice law in the state.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a defense litigation attorney.4.
