Databook is a Series B company backed by M12 Ventures (Microsoft), Salesforce Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, DFJ Growth and Threshold.The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiting Coordinator/ People Operations Specialist to hire world-class talent for Databook's growing Technology team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across the team's open positions, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates have an exceptional experience. In addition, you would be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires as well as helping us with creating efficient processes for employee lifecycle events, coordinating training programs and managing office operations.What You'll Do:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to deliver high quality, diverse talentOwn the recruiting process in Greenhouse including job posts. This would include onboarding from start to finish - sourcing prospective candidates, reviewing resumes as well as conducting pre-screen callsManage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recordsBuild and promote our employer brand and effectively represent Databook's values in all candidate communicationsMaintain regular reporting to track recruiting metrics, measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and identify gapsAct as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class hiring experienceParticipate in other People Operations focused projects such as administering employee benefits and leave programsPlan and execute employee engagement activities and eventsAbout You5+ years of experience working as Sr. Recruiting Coordinator/People Operations SpecialistProven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing top talent especially in the engineering spacePrevious experience with AI/ML technologies in recruiting Strong knowledge of Greenhouse and various recruiting and sourcing tools to enable a data-driven and efficient recruiting processExperience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teamsExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to establish credibility and influence at all levelsStrong analytic and critical thinking skills to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting teamStrong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essentialIdeal candidates will also have:Strong experience working in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platformsWorked in an early stage start-up environmentBonus points if you have experience with PaylocityWe are looking for local candidatesJoin us and enjoy these perksCompetitive salary with bonus + EquityMedical, Dental and Vision care contributions401K retirement planUnlimited vacation plus generous holiday scheduleEmployee referral bonus programCompensation: $120,000 - $135,000Databook provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, pregnancy, military and veteran status, age, physical and mental disability, genetic characteristics, or any other considerations made unlawful by applicable state or local laws.
