Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a Graphic Designer in Paterson, NJ for a consumer goods company.


This role is fully on-site; Monday through Friday.


You will be working various design projects across the all the marketing departments, this can be packaging, print, social, digital, email etc.


Details:

  • Works directly with internal clients to ensure strategic goals are met by the creative product.
  • Develops concepts leveraging creative briefs about a product or initiative to execute the creative art.
  • Self-manages individual projects and effectively collaborates on team projects to produce work that consistently supports our brand.
  • Partners with internal peers for photography, copywriting, illustration, and print and digital production, as required.
  • Leverages company-wide project management system for all creative workflow.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors degree in commercial art or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
  • 8+ years of graphic and commercial layout design experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of photography, illustration, digital, and print design and production, from concept to post production, required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Able to clearly discuss business goals and ideas with partners.
  • Strong detail oriented organizational skills with ability to multi-task while successfully meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Ability to work independently.
