Banking/Finance Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL - Locals preferred; 3 days hybrid onsite Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Banking/Finance Business Analysts to join our team in Chicago. This role involves working with key stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and drive the successful delivery of financial projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Perform process analysis and identify areas for improvement in financial operations. Develop project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process flows. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals. Support testing efforts, including the preparation and execution of UAT test cases. Conduct stakeholder workshops and provide regular updates on project progress. Required Qualifications: 5-8+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Banking/Finance industry. Familiarity with financial products and operational workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments. Effective communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
