Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will create compelling content that drives conversions, including effective Call-To-Actions (CTAs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results. This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager at Way.com in Fremont, CA.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive customer acquisition and retention.

2. Create high-quality content for various channels, including website and app. 

3. Optimize content for user engagement to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

4. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and product features.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

6. Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to improve content performance and ROI.

7. Manage and track KPIs related to content marketing, such as conversion rates, CTR's, and lead generation.

8. Develop and refine Call-To-Actions to drive user actions and conversions across all marketing channels.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2C marketing, content creation, and conversion optimization.

10. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer journey and sales funnel.


Qualifications:


  • Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy skills
  • Experience in Sales, Product Management, and Product Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Experience in the automotive or fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
