Aircraft Support Crew MemberDescription; AeroS.E.A.T., Inc is a locally owned and operated aerial fire suppression and aerial application business looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our Colorado based team.  Our company performs work locally in Sterling, CO as well as throughout Colorado and the Western United States.Job Responsibilities; Crew member will be responsible for the transportation of crew and supplies, loading/unloading product onto aircraft as needed/requested. Fueling, moving and cleaning the aircraft. Assisting and reporting to the Pilot in Command.  Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications;   8 years of age.High School Diploma or GED.Current Drivers license.Must be able to;Read, write and communicate in fluent English.Pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening and pass random drug tests.Pass DOT Medical each year.Available February through November, weekends and holidays based on a rotating shift schedule.Some travel expected within the State of Colorado and Western United States.Stand for extended periods, bending and stooping, lifting up to 50lbs.Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.Work up to 14 hours per day.Be responsible for company credit card and receipts.Demonstrate one year of road experience or willingness to train with a veteran crew member.Demonstrate familiarity with fluid pumps and the moving of water with multiple valves, or willingness to train with a veteran crew member.Preferred Qualifications;Northern / North Eastern / Front Range Colorado resident.Aviation / Agricultural / Maintenance shop experience.Commercial Drivers License, Class A.Tanker and HazMat endorsement.Salary and Benefits;Competitive salary based on experience.Potential to move into full time position.Health Insurance.Salary/Compensation: $3,000 - $4,000 per monthrecblid jc188cv9da8ax7gjdi0yxfk40s8emw
