Your Role: As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will provide critical patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the highest standards during pre and intraoperative procedures. Key responsibilities include: Applying knowledgeable sterile techniques and handling surgical instruments. Collaborating effectively with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes. Upholding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Engaging in direct patient care activities alongside nursing staff. Adapting to various surgical environments including Cardiovascular, Neuro, GI, GU, GYN, Orthopedics, and more. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. High School Diploma or GED required. Current certification as (TS-C) Tech in Surgery or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist.
