This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced distribution environment and play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and specialized freight handling.Why Youll Love Working with Us:$100 Sign-On Bonus after 80 hours workedCompetitive pay: $18.50/hourWeekly pay (direct deposit or pay card)Health, dental, and vision insuranceTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potentialGenerous referral bonusesShift Available:1st Shift (7am-3:30pm & 8am-4:30pm)Responsibilities:Operational execution for all warehouse services required of CH Robinson CustomersFollowing all SOPs and proceduresBuilding/netting PMCsPulling and labeling freightEnsure all manifests, invoices, orders, shipping documentation, and forms are accurateCommunicate with Gateway and CCSF supervisors regularlyAssist with the screening process once able to do soKnow, understand, and follow all warehouse safety requirementsUnloading and if needed fixing or rebuilding any freight returned from the airlineUnderstand and comply with all TSA compliance regulations illustrated in the CCSP and IACSSPAssist in maintaining recordkeeping requirements regulated by the TSABe knowledgeable and follow all policies and proceduresCultivate a positive and innovative work environmentOther duties or responsibilities as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years building air boards and working in a CCSFAbout SURESTAFFAt SURESTAFF, we are committed to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
