We are a high-performance sports institute, specializing in the evolution of squash and ball sports athletes. We focus on a combination of latest technology, world class expertise, top performance mindset and fun. We currently have 2 campuses: in Port Chester NY and in South Norwalk CT.


JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a sports business position focused on sales and operations in our South Norwalk Campus. You will be working in all the areas that need to be knitted together to make any sports business successful from a customer and bottom-line point of view. You will be working in an entrepreneurial environment helping to break barriers by helping develop a new youth sports training model focused on the whole person and community. The successful person in this position will be moving toward a general management position and able in the future to help with expansion plans.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Work with coaches and front desk staff in both campuses to achieve monthly targeted sales in membership, clinics, lessons, fitness sessions and camps.
  • Focus on filling South Norwalk campus with full activity
  • Interact directly with clients on a daily basis, sell memberships and training packages and constantly prospect for new business
  • Sales goals with commission
  • Systems and processes
  • Daily audit of registration system and credit system
  • Oversee production of daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting by coaches and front desk staff
  • Working with CFO to ensure that the financial systems are working accurately and efficiently and operational results translate into achieving financial goals
  • New business development
  • Work with the owner and other marketing associates to promote the 2 Msquash Campuses 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Previous sports management experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in teams
  • An entrepreneurial and creative spirit
  • A self-starter, with a can-do and get-it-done work ethic 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly disposition
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy working within a team, but very happy to get things done efficiently solo too
  • Strong time management skills and practices 
  • Great multitasker
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Available to work M-F 1-9 and at least one weekend day 8-6, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
