Who Were Looking ForWe are looking for a seasoned, highly organized Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of video content across Nick DiGiovannis social media channels. This role oversees projects from concept through delivery, working closely with talent and the production team to ensure high-quality, on-brand content is produced efficiently and consistently.You should have a strong track record producing digital video content ideally for YouTube, social platforms, or television with the ability to manage creative, logistics, and people all at once.Who Youll Work WithAs the Producer, youll collaborate closely with Nick DiGiovanni, his videographers, editors, producers, and the broader digital team. Youll be at the center of the content creation process, assisting in bringing ideas to life and ensuring everything runs smoothly.What Youll Bring to the Team3-4+ years of experience producing content professionally for television or social mediaCurrently based in or will relocate to Boston, MA with a car and valid drivers licenseOversee full-cycle production for short-form and long-form videos from early concepting to pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production handoffLead day-to-day shoot operations: schedules, call sheets, props, ingredients, equipment, releases, contractors, and all production logisticsWork closely with talent, videographers, editors, and the broader creative team to ensure ideas are executed at a high levelManage timelines, deliverables, and overall production workflow to keep the content pipeline running smoothlyMaintain high production standards and ensure every shoot is properly staffed, equipped, and supportedIdentify and solve problems in real time on set and during prep; anticipate needs before they ariseCommunicate clearly and professionally with talent, team members, and external partners
