Managing Principal, NashvilleThe Managing Principal (MP) is responsible for realizing the full potential of a given territory through providing overall leadership and direction and creating and implementing strategic business plans. The MP is accountable for leveraging the firm's capabilities to maximize opportunities for business development, profitability, quality client service and expansion of market share. The Managing Principal is the standard bearer for the firm and is responsible for modeling and promoting the highest standards of leadership and values.PeopleThe MP will be responsible for: enabling market activation, fostering a culture of collaboration in cross selling, recruiting, developing and retaining the best talent, strengthening the capabilities of professionals, assessing individual and team performance, and forging strong partnerships.ClientThe MP will be responsible for: providing exceptional value to clients, managing all client contracts, developing strong and meaningful client relationships, enhancing service delivery standards, and coordinating referrals.CultureThe MP will be responsible for: demonstrating and modeling service culture, establishing an inclusive culture, fostering collaboration, and deploying recognition and engagement strategies.CommunityThe MP will be responsible for: representing the firm as a leader within external business, industry and community groups, encouraging professionals to represent the firm in the community, embodying the brand promise, engaging with Employee Resource Groups, and participating in national and regional leadership groups.Financial PerformanceThe MP will be responsible for: delivering revenue and profit growth, setting clear and measurable targets for financial performance, expanding the operating margin, managing the market pipeline, and owning the market's P&L.Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree with real estate or operations concentration is highly desirable. 15+ years of commercial real estate brokerage and/or asset management experience. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse work teams. Strong credibility in the local market, ability to recruit and retain key talent. Extensive experience working with institutional clients. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. The compensation for the position is $212,500.00 - $250,000.00.
