- Paid Time Off: Enjoy 50-55 days of paid time off per year, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and potential additional leave for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Flexible Working Hours: Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing you time for family, leisure, and personal pursuits.

Job Responsibilities
As a Physician - ENT, you will:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to veteran patients.
- Participate in hospital committees and staff meetings.
- Manage clinical documentation and adhere to VA training requirements.
- Oversee patient care activities within your scope and maintain clinical privileges.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications
