Position Overview:
As a Physician in the Otolaryngology Service, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with various otolaryngological conditions. This includes managing hospitalized patients, delivering exceptional outpatient care, and participating in the education of medical students and residents. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that allows physicians to practice medicine effectively and meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and effective patient care across the spectrum of otolaryngology.
- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and the peer review process to uphold clinical standards.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance with VA training requirements.
- Provide oversight and participate in initiatives focused on patient-centric care, utilization management, and safety initiatives.
- Engage in educational activities for medical students and residents, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Conduct clinical management that includes indirect patient care, with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes.
- Remain privileged and active in your specialty field, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; may include on-call and weekends.
- Ad-hoc telework may be authorized.

- Experience in teaching and supervising medical students/residents is preferred.

$275000.00 / Annually - $325000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
