We're a local company that values community, great service, and honest work. We're growing fast and looking to add a Payroll Specialist to our team. What You’ll Do: Process Payroll: Take care of payroll details like tracking hours, handling deductions, and making sure everything complies with laws. Talk to Clients: Keep in touch with our clients regularly to understand their payroll needs and make sure we meet their expectations. Help Clients Use Our System: Show clients how to use our HR system and help them if they have any issues. Solve Problems: Work on finding solutions when challenges arise and make sure everything runs smoothly. Keep Records: Manage and store all necessary documents and keep everything confidential. Handle Various Tasks: Stay organized and manage different tasks to support our clients. Who We’re Looking For: You’re great at dealing with people and have excellent communication skills. You know your way around payroll systems and are good at following through on transactions. You’re detail-oriented, good at solving problems, and can manage multiple tasks well. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. PrismHR experience a big plus 1-5 years of experience in payroll preferred Interested in growth opportunities. Multisite payroll experience Education: High School Diploma is required. An Associate's Degree or certification in payroll is a plus but not necessary. Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
