If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, customer delivery, and love turning complex ideas into scalable, real-world products this role is for you.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage CelLink's phase-gate product development process across assigned programs.Lead integrated teams spanning Applications, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.Build and maintain master schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure programs meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and production signals for Supply Chain and Operations.Monitor key KPIs, escalate critical issues early, and recommend data-driven actions to keep programs on course.Oversee design validation, testing, and production trials; coordinate PPAP/FAI documentation and lessons learned.Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality systems, safety, and ethical policies. Set the tone for teamwork, discipline, and excellence.Minimum Qualifications and Experience/EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred).5+ years of hands-on engineering or operations experience in manufacturing.5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in high-tech, automotive, or similar industries.Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and disciplined change control.Proven success launching new products to production (hitting targets for yield, quality, and cost.)Preferred KnowledgeBackground in EV systems (high-voltage battery modules, interconnects, or power distribution).Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP/FAI, and other automotive-grade quality systems.Experience negotiating with suppliers, integrators, and partners.Excellent communicator, able to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.TravelTravel up to 20% to CelLink sites, vendors, integrators, and customer locations as needed.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here represent those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
