Failure Analysis Battery Engineer.

  • Experience in Various Battery research (Li-ion)
  • Use lab-based nano- and micro-focus CT techniques - CT data collection and analysis.
  • Electrical and electrochemical testing and failure mode triage of commercial batteries - Battery teardown
  • Battery electrode analysis using optical, electron and X-ray microscopy.
  • Familiar with Failure Analysis techniques such as Optical Microscopy, X-ray/CT, XRD, SEM, EDS, FIB, FTIR, GCMS etc.
  • Candidate will be required to learn to operate 3D X-ray machines as well as perform various battery FA techniques including material deep-dive analysis.
