This is more than a content roleit's a leadership opportunity to define how social media drives relevance, audience growth, product connection, and thought leadership in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you'll report to the Director of Brand & Social and collaborate across Brand, Corporate Communications, Customer Community, and Creative teams. You'll also work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Executive Leadership to lead high-impact social strategies across both owned and external platforms.We're seeking someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable crafting content, analyzing performance, activating influencers, and building operational infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a full-funnel, channel-specific social strategy that drives engagement and connects social to business outcomes like awareness, acquisition, and product adoptionTranslate brand and business objectives into creative social campaigns that resonate with audiences and reflect cultural relevanceLead end-to-end campaign execution in partnership with creative teams, or self-produce content when neededIdentify, engage, and activate influencers and platform partners to expand reach beyond owned channelsDesign integrated strategies that include social, community, advocacy, and user-generated contentUse data and insights to measure, analyze, and optimize performanceEstablish regular reporting cadences to evolve strategy and drive continuous improvementWrite social-first copy, create short-form video, and produce content quickly when neededBuild scalable programs that amplify employees and executives as brand advocatesHelp evolve the team structure and operating modelDevelop systems for planning, production, publishing, and measurement that support scale and efficiencyWe'd love to chat if you have:7+ years of experience in social media strategy, brand marketing, or content creation, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2CExperience as the head of social at a company or owning the social functionExperience managing external agencies or teamsExperience analyzing and optimizing performance to improve campaign effectiveness and ROIExperience activating influencers, creators, or thought leaders in brand or product campaignsA portfolio that demonstrates social media programs you've scaled to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business impactFluency in platform-specific trends and metrics across LinkedIn and InstagramAbility to write social-first copy and do light creative execution, including short-form video editingExperience building systems and scaling social programs, not just executing themPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with TikTok and YouTube strategyExperience designing integrated strategies across social, community, and advocacy ecosystemsBackground working across B2B and B2C brandsInterest in social media trends and how brands can build trust and community onlineComfort working in fast-paced or ambiguous environmentsCollaborative approach and experience working effectively across teams, including with executivesInterest in experimenting with new platforms and formatsThis hybrid role requires in-office work (Mon, Tues, Thurs) at either our San Jose, CA or Draper, UT office. Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date.
