Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Portfolio Community Association Manager. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of community associations, managing budgets, communicating with homeowners, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires to be in the office 2 days per week, 3 days are remote.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Real Estate, and Community Association Management skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software
- Certification in Community Association Management (CAM) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
