A Coastal therapist has a positive attitude, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to _PLAY_ and have _FUN_ with even our tiniest friends. They are familiar with a wide range of standardized tests and can identify each child’s strengths and weaknesses, develop individualized therapy plans and improve functional skills. They are creative, patient, kind, and focused on working with families to carry over therapy goals outside of the clinic. They also enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team of incredible therapists in a well-established and growing private clinic.

To join our team, you must have at least one year of experience in the pediatric population as a licensed therapist.
