We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team and champion our digital strategy and product innovation for our established CPG brands. In this critical role, you will play a leadership role in developing and executing a data-driven product roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge digital trends and technologies to elevate the customer experience and achieve significant brand growth across our multi-platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Compelling Digital Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyzing consumer trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape within the digital CPG space.
    • Translate our overarching business goals into a cohesive digital product strategy encompassing all our platforms and routes to market.
    • Define a clear product vision, establish user personas, and prioritize features that maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive Product Innovation for Digital Channels:
    • Identify and rigorously evaluate novel product opportunities that leverage digital technologies and data to enhance the customer experience. o Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to successful launch, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives and the dynamic market landscape.
  • Optimize for Growth:
    • Leverage user data and market insights to optimize product features and user experience across all digital platforms.
    • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously refine product performance and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and brand engagement.
    • Track and meticulously report on KPIs to effectively measure the success of the digital product strategy.
  • Cultivate Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative environment, effectively working with internal stakeholders across design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product development and launch.
    • Clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress updates to all cross-functional teams.
    • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in software engineering or management information systems
  • A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrably successful product management experience within the CPG industry or a relevant sector.
  • A proven track record of developing and launching market-leading digital products that have significantly driven business growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the digital CPG landscape, encompassing e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively within a fastpaced environment.

Competitive Advantages:

  • MBA or master‘s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant CPG technologies (e.g., Gen-AI, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality).
  • Experience navigating the complexities of a large CPG organization.
