The Grants Writer/Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing grants that support the diverse array of healthcare programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in grant management, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless drive for excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Grant Identification & Research: Proactively research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, private foundations, and corporate sponsors that align with our mission and goals.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development, writing, and submission of compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Grant Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of grants, from application to final reporting, ensuring compliance with all funding requirements and timely submission of reports.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate grant budgets and track expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to funding guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with grantors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the grant process.
  • Impact Measurement: Develop and implement robust systems for monitoring and evaluating the impact of funded projects, providing insights and data to support continuous improvement.
  • Capacity Building: Provide training and support to program staff on grant management best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in grant writing, management, and compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, or Communications). Advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the grant application process, funding landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for community development.
