Focus:
- Provide service and customer support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Install, start-up, and service OEM automation equipment, including providing training as required.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform and assist with other duties as assigned to support production operations.
- Follow all customer procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments to optimize performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Skill Set:
- Automotive Technology degree, technical or automotive certification, or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical components and machines.
- Must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in machine controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license or a valid passport.
- Motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work flexible shifts as required.
