Your next opportunity awaits at Honda Santa Monica We are currently seeking an experienced F&I Sales Consultant to join our team. Automotive Finance experience is required please note that RV or powersports finance experience does not meet the qualifications for this role.ResponsibilitiesThe F&I Sales Consultant is responsible for selling financing, insurance and aftermarket products to customers at maximum profitability to the dealership while ensuring all accompanying paperwork is accurate and complete ensuring timely funding on the deal.Review and process all paperwork relating to car deals to ensure compliance with lender, factory and dealership requirementsMonitors processed deals for funding and follows up and/or correct deals which are incomplete or the lender is unable to fund.Provide customers a thorough explanation of structure of deal, aftermarket products and all warranty products.Establish and maintain positive relationships with lenders and all third parties.Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.QualificationsRequired: A minimum of 2 years of Finance experience in an Automotive dealership is requiredPreferred: Previous experience in Honda Automotive FinanceHigh-energy and results-driven attitudeProficiency in F&I processes and CDK softwareValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordYou must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson LicenseCompensationThe estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commission, overtime, etc.Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.Medical, Dental and Vision PlansShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Holidays & Paid Time OffPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance PlanPaid TrainingHiring Requirements18 years or older requiredAll potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen#J-18808-Ljbffr
