One of our FinTech clients is looking for a dedicated Member Support Specialist to be a great addition to their team. In this exciting role, the Member Support Specialist will be helping our client’s customers achieve financial progress. The Member Support Specialist will be the heart of the mission, ensuring that the customers receive the best support they need to navigate our clients’ products and services. The Member Support Specialist will be a team player handling escalated application support, resolving complex disputes, and prioritizing member issues while investigating and gathering data from cases submitted by their members.
The Member Support Specialist will be experience in customer support, preferably in a financial services or technology environment. The Member Support Specialist will be part of a mission-driven company making a positive impact on people's financial live.
This position is going to initially start out on contract but has the potential to go on for several years. This position can also offer a strong compensation package along with Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage along with a 401k plan.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Salesforce and Google suites
- Tackle complex customer issues and escalations with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
- Strong understanding of banking products, particularly checking and savings accounts
- Excellent customer service skills with a dynamic personality and member-focused approach who rejoices in member and team success
