The Billing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy across multiple revenue-generating divisions by managing billing data, reconciling transactions, and supporting seamless client invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.What You'll Do: * Review and validate departmental charges for accuracy and completeness. * Prepare detailed invoice templates to support timely, accurate billing. * Process transactions within Concur for multiple users and reconcile meeting-related charges. * Partner with managers, sales teams, and operations to resolve billing issues and ensure proper documentation. * Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. * Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.What You'll Bring: * Associate's degree or equivalent experience * 1-2 years of B2B client invoicing experience * Experience with Salesforce preferred; Concur experience strongly preferred * Strong attention to detail and mathematical problem-solving skills * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including use of functions) * Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects * Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused mindset * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeWhy You Should Apply: You'll join a collaborative team that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
