Senior Product Designer (Enterprise Apps & Web)OverviewSeeking a Senior Product Designer who is a strong creative problem solver and collaborative partner. This role owns end-to-end design for enterprise web and application experiences, working across new initiatives and optimization of existing platforms. The ideal designer brings strong craft, user-centered thinking, and the ability to influence design direction while working closely with cross-functional teams.Must HavesExpert-level proficiency in Figma7+ years of experience in product, UX, or digital designProven experience designing enterprise applications and/or complex web platformsStrong background in user research and usability testingDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExperience working within established design systems and contributing to their evolutionAbility to drive design strategy and provide guidance to other designersPortfolio required, including case studies that clearly demonstrate problem definition, design process, decision-making, and outcomesKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and design enterprise web and application experiences from concept through deliveryLead design for complex user flows and large-scale platformsCollaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutionsProduce sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design toolsPresent and defend design decisions with clarity and confidenceSet a high bar for design quality and act as a role model for other designersContribute to and evolve design systems and design languageNice to HaveExperience delivering or modernizing large-scale, customer-facing support or self-service platformsExposure to accessibility, performance, or design at scaleImpactThis role contributes directly to a high-visibility self-service experience used to support users across critical digital workflows, focusing on clarity, usability, and scalable design solutions.Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call 310-906-4780 for further information regarding the position.
