To offer the best entertainment experiences, their technology teams focus on continued innovation and utilization of cutting edge technology.Platform / StackYou will work with technologies that include Web & Mobile apps, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.Compensation Expectation: $45 – 60/hr What You'll Do As a Sr Product Designer:Design original, useful and elegant digital experiences for guests experiences worldwideOwns design explorations on their assigned projects, identifying user/business problems, ideation, testing, and the integration of solutions that improve the broader user experienceContribute to projects within assigned portfolio, flexing to work independently, partner with other designers and partners, and guiding design work of more junior team membersBuild strong relationships with team members, leaders, and cross functional partners to drive collaboration and innovation on projectsProvide end to end documentation for projects within their line of business that are in line with our design systemPartner with cross-functional teams – including other designers, product management, technology and consumer insights – to take work from ideation to realityDesign product experiences across web, mobile web and native apps (iOS and Android), and emerging tech platforms. May perform user design researchApply rigorous design thinking best practices to develop products and experiences that meet at the crossroads of the physical and digital worldsYou will be encouraged to stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologiesQualifications:You could be a great fit if you have:Minimum 5 years of related work experienceComfortable working in an agile environmentExperience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer, with demonstrated capabilities across a range of design disciplines including testingAbility to build interactive prototypesStrong understanding of design best practices and ability to deliver design assets that meet project goals and enhance the user experiencePortfolio requiredPreferred:Strong visual design backgroundIntermediate to advanced experience with component libraries and design systemsExpert skills in mid- to high-fidelity prototypingSolid understanding of layout and visual design fundamentalsCapable of advancing and scaling design systemsPreferred Education & Skills:Background in UX or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)AI fluency and familiarity with emerging technologiesCommunications and designBusiness data storytelling and creative storytellingThis client requires that a background check be completed.
