HR Coordinator- Skilled Nursing Community

- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
- Champion the recruiting, selection, onboarding, and orientation process to ensure the Touchstone Experience.
- Develop and implement market-based recruitment initiatives to hire best-in-class team members.
- Act as community liaison to the team members and administration for all HR related issues.
- Assist with hiring templates, scheduling, and labor management.
- Prepare and review reports as required to support the community leaders to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist Leadership team in mediating complaints and disputes concerning Team Members.
- Ensure pre-employment protocols are followed in accordance with Company policies including but not limited to timely background checks.
- Accountable for interpreting and communicating HR policies to leaders and team members.
- Coordinate occupational injuries as they occur; monitor and track injuries and ensure open lines of communication between all parties.
- Collaborate with CSO HR Team on the leave of absence process.
- Maintain compliance with Paycor data entry, integrity, and tracking.
- Adhere to all deadlines including payroll deadlines, guidelines, and processes
