Spring EQ is seeking experienced team members for the Funding department.


Responsibilities

  • Fund loans daily through the Spring EQ warehouse lenders
  • Prepare and audit the Spring EQ funding file
  • Prepare and audit warehouse data feeds
  • Work closely with the Warehouse banks to verify loans are funded according to their parameters
  • Work closely with title companies to verify funds are received and able to be disbursed


Qualifications

Education requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • BA / BS degree preferred
  • # of Years of experience requirement:
  • 2 years in mortgage or finance field
  • Will waive experience requirement for college degree in accounting, business, or economics


Systems knowledge requirements

  • Strong excel skills are required
  • Knowledge of the MS office suite

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong math and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
