This is a hybrid role, working one day a week in our San Deigo, CA office.

What you will do:

  • Planning and organizing department meetings and events
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team/team leadership
  • Interact with a diverse group of important external callers, visitors and internal contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational and/or administrative items
  • Create and update routine spreadsheets
  • Create presentations and other documents
  • Answer routine correspondence and assemble information that occasionally may be of confidential and sensitive nature
  • Make travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Process department invoices
  • Order supplies, make copies and file department documents
  • Take meeting notes

What you need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of related support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle a variety of duties simultaneously, and at times, under pressure
  • Ability to analyze complex information requests
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion in interactions with various constituencies

What is nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university a plus, but not required

Compensation:

The base annual salary range for this role is $24-$35/hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
