The Tombras social media team has made some of your favorite work on the internet – from MoonPie tweets to Steak-umm activations in the metaverse and real-time surprise & delight moments for beloved national brands. This unique role will sit between the Social Brand/CM team and the Social Creative team, working closely with other departments to create world-class social first campaigns across social media and ensure real-time trends and strong platform strategy are utilized.

What you'll be doing:

  • Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time
  • Collaborating with creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analysts all in-house
  • Help drive advanced social strategy and brand playbook creation across all clients
  • Present creative concepts and performance analysis to agency leadership and clients with confidence
  • Formulate and evolve best-in-class social media strategies spanning audience insights, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, paid media, and more
  • Oversee execution of omnichannel social campaigns delivering creative concept through deployment, optimization, and results analysis
  • Mentor team of future social innovators
  • Continuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundaries
  • Consult existing and prospective clients on leveraging social to achieve brand and business goals

What you bring:

  • Desire to build and foster engaged communities and create award-winning social-first work with a team of highly motivated creatives and strategists
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation
  • Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces
  • Working knowledge of and passion for Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and new emerging social media platforms
  • Public speaking skills to ensure ideas are presented confidently and coherently
