Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing a team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to our mission of sustainability and advancing renewable energy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, production efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of recycled products and materials.
  • Oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards and maintain ISO certifications.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff to achieve plant goals, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and advanced recycling techniques to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and product flow.
  • Utilize MRP and SAP or similar ERP systems for effective inventory management and production planning.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor plant performance and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 5-7 years of experience in plant management and production operations in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably with advanced recycling experience or within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Mechanical knowledge to understand and manage plant machinery and equipment.
  • Proven experience in using SAP or similar ERP systems for plant management and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
