As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by handling inventory, operating forklifts, and supporting production goals. This is more than a jobit's a chance to grow your career in a safe, structured environment with opportunities for advancement.Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment for approximately 50% of your shift. Perform material handling, cleaning, and walking tasks for the remaining time. Use warehouse management systems for order selection and inventory control. Conduct cycle counts, order picking, and quality checks to maintain accuracy. Handle packaging and production tasks while meeting hourly performance goals. Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and utilize RF scanning equipment.Minimum 3 years operating forklifts or similar equipment. Forklift certification (verified through references). Familiarity with warehouse management systems and strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and positive performance history. Ability to work repetitive tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Experience with stand-up forklifts or electric-powered equipment. Knowledge of order entry, picking, and packing processes. Cell phones must remain in lockers or vehicles during work hours.This is a Contract position based out of Colonial Heights, VA. The pay range for this position is $23.91 - $23.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
