Warehouse Worker As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. You will operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to ensure that all materials are available for the production floor with a tight two-hour lead time, meeting high production goals each hour. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials efficiently. Spend 50% of the day on forklift operations, with the remaining time dedicated to walking, cleaning, material handling by hand, and other assigned duties. Utilize warehouse management systems for order selection and inventory management. Conduct cycle counts, order picking, loading, unloading, and maintain warehouse inventory. Perform quality control checks and maintain high standards of performance and attendance. Essential Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in forklift operation or mobile equipment. Experience with stand-up forklifts and electric-powered equipment. Ability to verify forklift certifications and skills through references. Proven track record of positive performance and attendance in distribution and order selection. Why Work Here?
