What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced, strategic leader who can enhance our operational efficiency, streamline production, and drive results. We are looking for a partner that knows the business and is willing to work with and on a team. If you have a track record of improving DGR performance and a passion for sustainable growth and people, we want to meet you


Specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field preferred.

• 7 Years' full-time experience in retail sales management or production management required, preferably Goodwill operations experience.

• No professional certifications are required for this position.

• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.

• Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass both state and federal criminal

background checks and sex offender checks.

• Ability to operate PC and databases, proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
