Salary Range

$175,000.00 to $200,00.00


Responsibilities

This product will be integrated into company product portfolio plans and help with P&C underwriting functions.

This is a brand-new initiative that will require internal relationship building and the ability to leverage technology.

Technically proficient with modern approaches and methodologies (S.A.F.E). In this role the DPM, will engage with project management teams, software development teams to address gaps and forecasting product delivery.

This includes market research, market data and analysis to determine if new functionality or features would help internal users be more effective. This role provides complete ownership of the product roadmap strategy and execution.



Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder- NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Must have knowledge of P&C underwriting functions
  • Minimum 5 years of digital product management experience
  • Experience using data to drive product development decisions
  • Understands P&C underwriting functions (billing, policy, claims)
  • Relationship builder
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Executive presence
  • Partner with internal business units- Underwriting, Operations and P&C product teams
  • PEGA experience is a bonus
