Our client, located in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and testing of advanced RF systems and components.

*** Role allows for telecommuting 2-3 days a week.


What you will be doing as a Senior RF Electrical Engineer:

· Design and Development: Lead the design and development of RF systems and components, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and transceivers.

· Develop detailed electrical schematics and layout designs for RF circuits and systems.

· Utilize advanced simulation tools (such as HFSS, ADS, or CST) to model and predict the performance of RF components and systems.

· Conduct rigorous testing and validation of RF designs to ensure they meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.

· Oversee the prototyping of RF systems, working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful transition from design to production.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, simulations, test results, and other relevant technical data.

What you will need as a Senior RF Electrical Engineer:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in RF engineering, with a proven track record in the design and development of RF systems and components.

· Proficient in RF circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST).

· Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF propagation.

· Experience with PCB layout tools and design for manufacturability.

· Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for RF systems.

· Soft Skills:

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
