If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to youResponsibilities:Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issuesReport maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient mannerAlways maintain a professional image and friendly demeanorMakes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized personsQualifications:Security D LicenseFL Driver's LicenseMinimum of 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum 2-3 years security experienceExceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screenPreferred BilingualPay and Benefits of Security Officers:Positions starting at $16.00 / hour depending on experience, location and position Paid time off and paid holidays Medical and Dental insurance Opportunities for career growth and promotion Skills-enhancing training
