Position Overview / Descripción General

We are currently hiring professional, dependable, and service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers to join our private security team serving luxury residential communities across Aventura, Miami, Miramar, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Pembroke Pines.

Our officers represent the highest standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service, ensuring residents and guests experience a secure and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their appearance, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements / Requisitos

-Valid Florida Class D Security License / Licencia de Seguridad Clase D de Florida (requerida)

-Valid Driver's License / Licencia de Conducir válida

-Must pass drug test and background check / prueba de drogas y verificación de antecedentes

-Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods / mantenerse de pie y alerta durante períodos prolongados

-Professional appearance and demeanor / Apariencia y conducta profesional

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

-Patrol and monitor assigned residential areas to ensure safety and order.

-Observe and report any suspicious activity or safety concern.

-Observar y reportar cualquier actividad sospechosa o situación de riesgo.

-Prepare clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports.

-Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies with professionalism and respect.

-Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.

-Maintain all security equipment in proper working order and report deficiencies promptly.
